AutoSafe successfully delivered a complete ELV and system integration solution for Fara7 Boat, a premium marine hospitality project developed by Ceramica Cleopatra Group. Designed and executed in 2025, the project required a fully coordinated approach to ensure all systems operate seamlessly within a non-traditional structure exposed to continuous environmental and operational stress.
Project Overview
Fara7 Boat is not a conventional building — it is a floating hospitality venue that demands precision engineering, system reliability, and seamless integration. AutoSafe acted as the main system integrator, handling the full project lifecycle from design and engineering to installation, integration, testing, and final handover.
The scope covered a complete Light Current infrastructure including:
- CCTV & security systems
- Fire alarm system
- Audio visual solutions
- Data network & structured cabling
- PBX communication system
- Full system integration
The objective was to deliver a future-ready, fully integrated platform that enhances both operational performance and guest experience while maintaining safety and compliance in a marine environment.
The Challenge
Marine and floating structures introduce a completely different level of complexity compared to traditional buildings. This project required overcoming several critical engineering challenges.
The environment itself posed a major risk, with high-salinity conditions accelerating corrosion and affecting equipment lifespan. In addition, constant mechanical vibrations from generators and engines created instability that could impact system performance and signal integrity.
Unlike fixed concrete structures, the boat’s structural movement and space limitations required precise planning for equipment placement, cable routing, and system coordination. At the same time, all systems needed to operate continuously without failure, as expected in a hospitality environment.
Our Approach & Solution
AutoSafe approached this project with a focus on durability, integration, and performance under pressure. Every system was engineered not only to function individually, but to operate as part of a unified ecosystem.
We deployed marine-grade equipment with anti-corrosion protection, ensuring long-term durability despite harsh environmental exposure. To address vibration challenges, all installations were designed using vibration-resistant mounting and infrastructure, maintaining system stability and preventing signal disruption.
From a systems perspective, we ensured full coordination between all ELV components. The CCTV, fire alarm, AV, and communication systems were integrated into a centralized platform, allowing for efficient monitoring, faster response, and simplified operations.
Special attention was given to noise interference suppression, cable quality, and installation techniques, ensuring consistent performance across all systems even under continuous operation.
